Co-President of Gainor Staffing with Gail Tessler, Norma Menkin, is dedicated to career development and best practices. A former teacher, Norma has made herself a student of the industry and her expertise has gained respect as a coach and leader nationwide. For over 10 years, Norma served as both Program Director and President of the NY Staffing Association. She currently serves on “Ask the Expert” panels for the American Staffing Association. Norma also holds memberships with the Executive Association of NYC, the Society of Human Resources Management and HR/NY.

Norma believes in paying it forward and finds balance in mind-clearing walks, yoga and international getaways.
