Nearly two years ago, an applicant came to Gainor looking to stabilize her career. She had taken various jobs to get through the recent economic downturn. Though her resume had a few twists and turns, there was an administrative thread that ran from the time she graduated college to when she met with Gainor.

Gainor was able to utilize her experience working in such varied environments, repackage her resume  to reflect her administrative experience and get her a job as a temporary Office Manager at one of our clients. As Office Manager in a small company, our candidate found herself involved in all departments of the organization.

After a year, our candidate was ready for growth. Having done some accounting work while acting as Office Manager she was able to transition to a permanent reception position for a major Real Estate Developer where she would also take on some accounting duties.

Because of her take charge attitude, organizational skills and flexibility, our applicant had been promoted to an Executive Assistant position in only a matter of months. After 8 months in this role, our candidate has just gotten another promotion. In less than a year total at this new client she went from being the Receptionist to the Executive Assistant to the CFO and Senior Accountant!
