A growing agency, they are close knit but have a wide reach having placed over $350M in media with top tier clients including DeBeers Diamonds, Chase, Jenny Craig, Cutty Shark Whiskey’s, and many others.

They are looking for a VP, Biddable Media to join their media activation team. This role is responsible for leading the cross channel digital media activation division. The ideal candidate must have solid foundation of knowledge and experience across all digital media channels. Additionally, this person must exhibit a proven ability to plan, execute and analyze digital campaigns across social, display and video platforms, delivering ROI driving programs to exceed client business performance metrics.


  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align targeting with performance driving messaging based on best practices and campaign objectives
  • Lead research to obtain industry benchmarks by platform and client vertical
  • Leverage research tools and agency resources to develop and implement strategic recommendations that exceed client goals
  • Manage campaign set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, campaign construction best-practice, performance forecasting, and optimization recommendations, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency of each campaign
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and optimization for future media and content strategies
  • Plan, execute and manage digital media campaigns across display, video social platforms including, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, working within the native tools on each platform to execute and optimize campaigns to drive client performance
  • Meet and/or exceed advertiser goals through channel-specific levers, including but not limited to: audience testing, creative testing, campaign adjustments, and placement testing
  • Learn and understand all phases of the clients’ marketing objectives and provides media recommendations to deliver against these objectives
  • Establish strong working relationship with partner agencies (where/when applicable), delivering a seamless communications process
  • Demonstrates agility via multi-tasking – multiple brands, strategic development, and plan stewardship
  • Develops collaborative working relationship with all internal and external teams


  • 10-15 years of experience directly managing paid media efforts across display, video, and social media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok), particularly with monthly budgets of 5 and 6 figures
  • Demonstrated success in elevating digital campaign performance through innovation, testing, and technology
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing, demand generation, content production, and marketing/sales funnels
  • Experience with Google Analytics and GTM platforms
  • Experience creating audience targeting segment, utilizing 1st and 3rd party data sets
  • Experience planning and executing endemic and programmatic paid digital campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven success coordinating creative efforts, new test ideas, reporting, and optimizations
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and can forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal teams
  • Execute consistently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and carry out self-directed responsibilities
  • Positive, energetic, competitively natured, and exudes a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members
  • Highly skilled at analyzing and interpreting data
  • Extensive Office 365 experience
