Our client is a nationally renowned nonprofit committed to supporting injured veterans and their families. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to assist the team with various Salesforce and financial admin tasks. This position requires a time commitment of about 20-30 hours per week, and is 100% remote. Applicants must reside in the NYC Metropolitan area, as occasional visits to the NYC-based office may be necessary.

Job Details

  • Enter donations, adjustments, updates, and edits to Salesforce accounts
  • Coordinate with Operations team to audit Salesforce account data
  • Manage Salesforce general platform updates
  • Generate Salesforce reports
  • Perform Salesforce batch entries and monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Prepare donation acknowledgements and tax receipts
  • Assist fundraising with Salesforce pipeline management
  • Prepare weekly financials and revenue reports
  • Manage financial spreadsheets
  • 20-30 hours per week

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience managing accounts in Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of basic accounting best practices
  • Able to do research and perform basic analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Proactive self-starter, and comfortable working from home
