Our client, a cutting-edge Financial Tech Firm, is adding a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to their team. The position is currently remote with the possibility of in-person work in the future. There is room for growth at this company: this role could become permanent!

Job Details

  • Assist the company's recruiting plan and recruiting workflows
  • Responsible for scheduling and calendar management
  • Write, Edit, and Post job descriptions and ads on various outlets
  • Assess applicants and resumes
  • Assist and take the lead on hiring and onboarding workflows
  • Remain up to date on current HR policies, state and federal standards
  • Maintain utmost professional demeanor and use of discretion
  • Recordkeeping, database maintenance, and document creation
  • Ability to stay organized, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities

Hourly Salary: $26-28/hour

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree and Education preferred
  • Resume must show Relevant Work Experience
  • Experience in Financial Sectors a plus!
  • Understanding of HR practices and policies
  • Experience with Candidate and HR Systems and Programs
  • Experience conducting interviews
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills
