Description

Our client, an internationally renowned non-profit dedicated to conserving the natural environment, is seeking a Temporary Marketing Coordinator. The assignment length is six months, and the position is fully remote.

Job Details

  • Assist with marketing campaign production and mailings
  • Oversee campaign timelines
  • Manage data in databases, including contact information and contracts
  • Provide general administrative support to the Fundraising and Marketing teams
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and fulfill requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure timely completion of essential projects while balancing conflicting priorities
  • Length of assignment: 6 months
  • Pay rate: $25 per hour

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
  • Interest in nature conservation, a plus!
  • Experienced with databases – Salesforce knowledge, a plus!
  • Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedicated to details and accuracy
