Our client, a financial firm based in NYC, is seeking a Temporary Mailroom Clerk. The position is on-site at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. There is room to grow at this firm, with the potential to go perm!


Job Details

  • Handle inbound and outbound mail and package deliveries
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory
  • Ensure mailroom and pantries are always neat and adequately supplied
  • Ensure correct pantry and mailroom deliveries and report discrepancies
  • Communicate with all levels of staff with utmost professionalism
  • Pay rate: $20 per hour

Skills and Qualifications

  • Able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer savvy
