Description

Our client is an NYC-based fin-tech firm specializing in blockchain technologies. They are seeking a Temporary HR Specialist to support the HR team for a 3 month assignment. The position is hybrid and fully remote until March.

 

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Monitor email inbox and Slack and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Process onboardings, including new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications
  • Create offer letters using templates; prepare and send DocuSigns
  • Manage confidential employee information in HRIS with utmost discretion
  • Schedule meetings and training sessions
  • Pay rate: $23-25 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: M-F, 9-6

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ HR experience
  • Must have HRIS experience
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Excel
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Personable and able to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent organizational skills
  • Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
