A New York City-based private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Human Resources team on a temporary basis. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

 

Job Details

  • Manage the busy calendars of multiple executives
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials and generate reports
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
  • Some HR tasks including assisting with onboarding and payroll
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Pay rate: $35-40 per hour, based on experience


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-7 years’ Executive Assistant experience
  • Human Resources experience, a plus!
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
