Job Details
- Plan and manage full cycle recruitment of attorneys, law clerks, and interns
- Strategize and manage campus recruiting efforts
- Collaborate with senior leadership on DEI strategy and implementation
- Design and implement programs for professional development and CLE
- Manage employee and candidate information in viGlobal
- Oversee performance evaluation processes
- Proactively manage and lead Recruiting/Professional Development teams and support staff
- Salary: $160-200k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years of legal recruitment experience
- Experienced with viGlobal or similar platform
- Preferred experience with CLE and related rules
- Informed on current Legal Recruiting and Development trends
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
