The Senior Manager, Business Operations (Media) will be tasked with supporting some of the most important and valuable media client relationships. This role will cover both client teams in addition to working closely with the Decoded Financial Department. The role reports into the Business Operations Director with oversight from the Group Director for all client outputs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key point of contact for critical financial deliverables
- Responsible for the accurate and efficient delivery of invoices, accruals, and monthly reconciliation that follows proper process for both internal and external teams
- Assist in client required quarterly diversity spend reporting
- Lead and/or support in ad hoc analyses/ projects
- Monitor the media team to ensure costs are on track and budgets are fulfilled within any specified timeframe
- Manage NDA processes with all new/potential media partners
- Analyze and prepare quarterly media spend reports
- Provide critical financial information regarding any finance inputs that include media estimates, purchase orders, etc
- Track Salesforce inputs on a regular basis
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4-7+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience on Salesforce and MediaOcean platforms is a plus
- Strong experience in financial management
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ambitious and ready to grow as a leader and mentor
- Well-organized with strong people skills
- Ability to evaluate and communicate with clients and agency leaders
