Our client, a storied global law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Senior Legal Personnel Manager to join the team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm has a uniquely people-focused culture, and they offer excellent benefits!   

Job Details 

  • Proactively lead and act as a resource to junior associate team 
  • Create and implement training and development initiatives 
  • Manage rotation program, including mentor assignments and reviews 
  • Assist with planning and coordination of events for junior associate team 
  • Partner with senior leadership and provide guidance on staffing needs and resource utilization 
  • Salary: $140-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in managing talent at a law firm 
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with employees

  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing projects and priorities
