Our client, a storied global law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Senior Legal Personnel Manager to join the team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm has a uniquely people-focused culture, and they offer excellent benefits!
Job Details
- Proactively lead and act as a resource to junior associate team
- Create and implement training and development initiatives
- Manage rotation program, including mentor assignments and reviews
- Assist with planning and coordination of events for junior associate team
- Partner with senior leadership and provide guidance on staffing needs and resource utilization
- Salary: $140-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years’ experience in managing talent at a law firm
- Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with employees

- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing projects and priorities
