Our client, a premier real estate investment management company based in NYC, is seeking a Lead Event Planner to join the team. The position is hybrid and located part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. Job Details 

  • Lead the development and execution of large-scale client events 
  • Assist with the firm’s participation in industry trade shows 
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, hotels, and negotiate contracts 
  • Manage invitations and registrations in Cvent 
  • Act as day-of coordinator and ensure smooth event operations 
  • Oversee audio-visual and catering set up and services 
  • Salary: $130-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in corporate events leadership in the financial services sector 
  • Tech savvy and experienced in Event Planning software such as Cvent 
  • Top notch time management and organizational skills 
  • Dedicated to details, with a strong customer service mindset 
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
