Our client is an international law firm with offices in NYC. They are seeking an experienced Recruiting Supervisor to join the team. The position is hybrid, based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan, and the firm offers excellent benefits!


Job Details

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent needs
  • Utilize social media and application-based recruiting tools to source talent
  • Review resumes, internal referrals, and applications to job postings
  • Manage, mentor, and work in tandem with junior HR staff
  • Act as primary contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain relationships with external staffing partners
  • Enter and update candidate information and status in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Provide seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates
  • Salary: $100-120k annually, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package includes health, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k)


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • Tech savvy and experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Must have Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
  • Legal services background preferred
  • Dedicated to detail and highly organized
  • Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
  • Top-notch time and project management skills
