We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to:

• Source candidates through various recruiting and social media platforms
• Review resumes, perform phone screens, and conduct preliminary interviews 
• Act as the primary contact and liaison between candidates and account managers
• Stay connected with candidates and update them at every step of the hiring process
• Enter and update candidate information in ATS

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years’ experience in sales or recruiting
• Able to utilize social media to locate top talent
• Persuasive, focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• People person with great verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about your work and energized when challenged
