Our client, a world-class real estate firm based in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis. This position is fully on site. There is room for growth at this company, with the potential to go perm!

Job Details

  • Warmly welcome visitors with top-notch customer service
  • Answer, screen, and route heavy call volume in a professional manner
  • Maintain log of resident calls and complaints
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including booking of conference rooms and catering
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Salary: $25 per hour
  • Time Commitment: Temp-to-perm

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years’ Reception experience in a corporate office or high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Customer service oriented, approachable, and level-headed
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
