Description
Our client is a global financial services firm with offices in NYC. They are seeking a Project Administrator to support the team on a temporary basis. The position is remote to start, then hybrid starting in mid-May.
Job Details
- Provide project administration support to the Investor Relations team
- Perform market research and report findings in a clear manner
- Utilize Salesforce
- Track, model, and analyze data
- Create presentations and sales decks
- Manage special projects, as assigned
- Pay rate: $30-40 per hour, based on experience
- Time commitment: Full time, 6-9 month assignment with possibility of extension
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, with major in finance, accounting, or business
- Up to 2 years’ experience at a finance firm – internships count!
- Excel whiz with experience creating financial models
- Must have experience in CRMs and Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized and able to efficiently manage projects and deadlines
