Our client is a global financial services firm with offices in NYC. They are seeking a Project Administrator to support the team on a temporary basis. The position is remote to start, then hybrid starting in mid-May.


Job Details

  • Provide project administration support to the Investor Relations team
  • Perform market research and report findings in a clear manner
  • Utilize Salesforce
  • Track, model, and analyze data
  • Create presentations and sales decks
  • Manage special projects, as assigned
  • Pay rate: $30-40 per hour, based on experience
  • Time commitment: Full time, 6-9 month assignment with possibility of extension


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with major in finance, accounting, or business
  • Up to 2 years’ experience at a finance firm – internships count!
  • Excel whiz with experience creating financial models
  • Must have experience in CRMs and Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly organized and able to efficiently manage projects and deadlines
