Our client, an internationally renowned non-profit dedicated to conserving the natural environment, is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join the team on a long-term contract basis. The assignment requires a time commitment of at least 9 months. The position is fully remote.
Job Details
- Generate reports and synthesize data to communicate trends
- Produce presentations and data visualizations to showcase findings
- Create and update dashboards to deliver HR metrics
- Perform market research and conduct surveys
- Pay Rate: $40-45 per hour, based on experience
- Time Commitment: Full time for at least 9 months
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR and People Analytics
- Interest in environmental conservation, a major plus!
- Expert-level Excel and data analytics skills
- Preferred experience with analytics software such as Tableau or Domo
- Working knowledge of HR best practices and requirements
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
