They are seeking a Paid Social Supervisor to lead in strategy development by leveraging insights, mastering the market landscape, and honing best practices.

Planning, Strategy, and Campaign Management:

  • Manage, educate and grow the agency teams’ strategic and tactical approach to paid social  
  • Be the go-to expert and provide thought leadership to teams and clients on paid social media and industry trends
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and optimization for strategies
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc., working within the native tools on each platform to optimize campaigns to drive client performance
  • Participate in new business pitches, providing industry expertise, innovation, and foresight to our prospective client work
  • Leverage research tools and resources to develop strategic recommendations
  • Lead research to obtain industry benchmarks by platform and client vertical
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align targeting with performance driving messaging 
  • Meet and/or exceed advertiser goals through channel-specific levers
  • Support planning teams to measure, report, and share KPIs with client teams
  • Aid in the development of campaign set-up to ensure maximum impact and efficiency, including: testing methodologies, reporting requirements, campaign construction, performance forecasting, and optimization 
  • Own and build agency relationships with social reps. to actively elevate our partnerships
  • Proactively communicate related updates trends, research and new technologies, providing thought leadership to the agency team(s) and our clients on social media


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience directly managing paid efforts across the major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok), particularly with monthly budgets of 5 and 6 figures
  • Extensive client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated success in elevating social campaign performance through innovation, testing, and technology
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing, demand generation, content production, and marketing/sales funnels
  • Experience and past success with social commerce campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven success coordinating creative efforts, new test ideas, reporting, and optimizations
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and have the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal teams
  • Execute consistently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and carry out self-directed responsibilities
  • Positive, energetic, competitively natured, and exudes a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members
  • Highly skilled at analyzing and interpreting data
  • Extensive Office 365 experience
