Our client is a nonprofit organization focused on health research. They are seeking an Operations Manager to support the organization's office and Executive Vice President. The ideal candidate has administrative support experience as well as office operations and event coordination. The position is fully on site and the organization offers excellent benefits! 

Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative support to the Executive Vice President 
  • Manage office administration, supplies, technology, vendors, and more 
  • Prepare meeting materials and generate reports 
  • Monitor incoming emails and draft correspondence 
  • Prepare documents and process invoices 
  • Provide support for fundraising efforts 
  • Coordinate events and meetings as needed 
  • Salary: $100-130k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 6-10 years’ administrative and office support experience, 2+ years supporting an Executive 
  • Nonprofit/Philanthropic experience, highly preferred 
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Calendar and PowerPoint 
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
