Our client, an international investment firm with offices in NYC, is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Private Equity and Real Estate team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers an excellent benefits package, including generous PTO! 

Job Details 

  • Work collaboratively across teams to process trades 
  • Enter deals and trade transactions into eFront 
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations 
  • Maintain internal documents and update periodically 
  • Provide occasional vacation coverage for Executive Assistant to CEO (calendar, travel, expenses) 
  • Salary: $80k range annually, based on experience 
  • Excellent benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Economics major, preferred 
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Finance Operations or similar role 
  • Preferred background in Finance or Real Estate 
  • Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers 
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software quickly 
  • Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
