Our client, a digital marketing startup in an exciting state of growth, is seeking an Office Manager. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in the Flatiron district of Manhattan. The company offers an excellent benefits package with unlimited PTO and a unique culture of individuality and collaboration.

Job Details

  • Manage confidential employee files in HRIS
  • Process onboardings, offboardings, and other employment-related documentation
  • Act as point person for issues relating to HR, IT, and Facilities
  • Liaise with maintenance and building management
  • Manage office inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors
  • Coordinate with IT regarding technology and equipment
  • Research, plan, and implement workplace improvements
  • Salary: $80-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years’ Office Manager experience with HR responsibilities
  • Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Tech savvy and able to troubleshoot software & hardware issues
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
