Our client, a boutique law firm with an entrepreneurial culture, is seeking an Office Administrator to join the team. The right candidate for this role has 3-6 years of experience in office administration and a strong desire to learn and grow. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan. 

Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative and calendar support 
  • Manage inventory of pantry and office supplies 
  • Process invoices, billing, and collections 
  • Manage vendor relationships and place orders and renewals 
  • Work collaboratively across teams, including with attorneys, marketing, and finance 
  • Coordinate events as needed 
  • Salary: $90-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 3-6 years’ experience in office administration 
  • Team player with strong desire to make an impact 
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
