The Measurement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that clients are making the most optimal investment decisions, driven through advanced media measurement ranging from algorithmic MTA/MMM through to design and implementation of causal experiments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive decision making based on robust data analysis
- Write R or Python code to execute robust statistical analyses & modeling
- Analyze the reliability of measurement processes from media platforms and/or client partners
- Work cross-functionally and in close collaboration with our Media Solutions and Activation teams to optimize both short and-long term media performance
- Execution of experimental design, from beginning through to final presentations to client stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead development and implementation of client learning agendas
- Collaborate with Media Solutions and Investment teams to produce data-driven media plans geared towards optimization
- Develop client relationships with in-house and agency Analytics team members
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data & analytics roles, with specific experience in Marketing/Media preferred
- Technical expertise in Excel & R; strong proficiency in SQL/Python recommended
- Background in media measurement, including MTA, MMM, and randomized experiments
- Experienced in modeling, statistical analysis, and business analytics
- Prior experience in dashboard development via Google Data Studio or similar dashboarding tools (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) is a plus
