Our client, an internationally renowned architecture firm based in NYC, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. There is room for growth at this company, and they offer excellent benefits including generous PTO and 401(k) with matching!


Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 3+ years of Marketing experience will be considered.


Job Details

  • Collaborate across teams to create innovative marketing materials
  • Perform market research and present findings
  • Thoughtfully contribute to strategic planning meetings
  • Enter information into CRM and generate reports
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing graphics
  • Write on-brand marketing copy
  • Create digital marketing assets for both internal and external communications
  • Prepare RFPs according to detailed requests
  • Salary: $75-85k per year, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of Marketing experience
  • Must have experience creating bids and RFPs
  • Skilled with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional copywriting abilities
  • Superior time management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Team player and effective collaborator
