A global, data-driven digital agency that generates game-changing Digital experiences for top brands is seeking a Managing Director to own the P&L, Operations, Culture & Account growth for their NA operations.

Reporting to the Global CEO, this leader will inspire collaboration between Creative, Technical, Account & Operations teams & guide a culture of mentorship & performance. The MD will serve as a catalyst for growth in alignment with a global strategy & champion the brand w CEO, CIO & CMO clients to ensure delivery & revenue growth.


-Exhibit strong business and financial acumen to drive business performance against KPIs

-Cultivate a collaborative and high performance culture that embraces diversity 

-Identify, design & drive organizational and operational change and control against planned KPIs

-Evangelize agency brand and evolve offering to meet opportunities within the marketplace

-Captivate stakeholders and build team trust through authenticity, integrity and passion

-Oversee high value account portfolios ensuring account profitability and best in class delivery of digital advertising, digital transformation programs, e-commerce implementations.

-Drive agency profitability by facilitating organic growth opportunities and new business wins across geographies 

-Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to all managers

-Actively serve on agency-wide task forces/initiatives



-12-15 years leadership experience with a track record of driving top and bottom line results within high performing technology companies and/or digital agencies

-Experienced in driving organizational and operational change and control against planned KPIs

-Creative, innovative & solution oriented

-Passion & understanding of technology

-Outstanding team building & communication skills

-Ability to make data driven decisions

-Impeccable leadership skills
