Our client is a leading law firm based in NYC, and they are seeking a Mailroom Manager. The position is located on site at their Downtown Manhattan office. They offer excellent benefits, including 401(k) and lunch stipend.

Job Details

  • Manage a growing team of mailroom personnel
  • Create schedules for team members and delegate work accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for filing and mail handling
  • Handle inbound and outbound mail and package deliveries
  • Manage in-office mail, filing, scanning, and printing
  • Assist with document assembly
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory
  • Ensure mailroom is always neat and adequately supplied
  • Salary: $75-85k, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k), and lunch stipend.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience leading a team of Mailroom personnel
  • Proven ability to organize projects and delegate work
  • Comprehensive knowledge of laws regarding mail handling
  • Working knowledge of mailroom equipment
  • Strong computer skills and able to learn new software
  • Personable, with top-notch verbal and written communication skills
