Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. This position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers excellent benefits, including generous PTO, 401(k), and the entire month of August, plus the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas are fully remote!


Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 5+ years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience will be considered.


Job Details

  • Support attorneys with a variety of legal and administrative projects
  • Review and log attorney time in timekeeping software
  • Coordinate project details to ensure their timely completion
  • Prepare, file, deliver, and archive legal documents
  • Manage attorney calendars and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate travel and logistics
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
  • $85-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years’ Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience, with focus on Litigation
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-through
