Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. This position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers excellent benefits, including generous PTO!
Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 5+ years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience will be considered.
Job Details
- Support attorneys with a variety of legal and administrative projects
- Prepare, file, deliver, and archive legal documents
- Assist with preparation of motions, depositions, and case chronologies
- Perform research using PACER, LexisNexis, and similar
- $90-120k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years’ Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience, with focus on Litigation
- Tech savvy and proficient with legal software
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-through
