Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their Midtown, Manhattan office. There is a domestic travel component to this position – mostly East Coast, with the firm providing travel back home for weekends. Job Details
- Assist with all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial
- Travel out of state to support attorneys at trial
- Prepare legal documents and deposition materials
- Create case chronologies, including evidence and exhibits
- Perform extensive legal and factual research
- Oversee and execute post-trial procedures
- Salary: $125-145k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of paralegal experience
- Must have substantial litigation and trial experience
- Knowledgeable in navigating the NYS Court Filings System and Pacer ECF
- Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
