Our client is a prominent international law firm. They are seeking a Legal Secretary with Litigation experience to join the team. This position is based fully on site in Midtown Manhattan and the firm offers excellent benefits!

Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages
- Coordinate opening of new matters and conflicts checks
- Prepare, file, transcribe, and archive legal documents
- Manage court filings and e-filings with attorney supervision
- Assist with attorney timekeeping
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Process expense reports and reimbursements
- Salary Range: $90-110k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary at mid-to-large-size law firm
- Must have litigation experience
- Familiar with legal terminology and documents
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communicator with outstanding customer service skills
