Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in NYC. The position is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in the office per week. They offer excellent benefits, including benefits from Day 1, 401(k), and generous PTO!   

Job Details 

  • Enter and update candidate information in ATS 
  • Communicate with candidates and provide a positive, seamless hiring experience 
  • Schedule interviews and manage virtual meeting rooms 
  • Assist with campus recruiting efforts and summer associate program 
  • Arrange travel and coordinate expenses for candidates 
  • Manage background check and conflict check processes 
  • Salary: $65-70k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 1-3 years’ Legal Recruiting experience 
  • Must have ATS experience 
  • Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through 
  • Tech savvy, confident in Microsoft Office Suite, and able to learn new software quickly 
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
