Our client is an international law firm headquartered in NYC. They are seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to join the team. The position would involve working closely in a high-level capacity with the Chief Legal Recruiting Officer, and requires at least 2 years of Legal Recruiting experience.
Job Details
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop legal recruiting marketing materials
- Manage high-level projects in cooperation with the Chief Legal Recruiting Officer
- Maintain relationships with vendors, journals, and other external organizations
- Generate reports and manage candidate information in viDesktop
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
- Salary: $100k range annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in Legal Recruiting
- Tech-savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite – viDesktop experience, a plus!
- Top-notch project management and organizational skills
- Eagle-eyed proofreader with excellent spelling and grammar skills
