Our client is an international law firm headquartered in NYC. They are seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to join the team. The position would involve working closely in a high-level capacity with the Chief Legal Recruiting Officer, and requires at least 2 years of Legal Recruiting experience.


Job Details

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop legal recruiting marketing materials
  • Manage high-level projects in cooperation with the Chief Legal Recruiting Officer
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, journals, and other external organizations
  • Generate reports and manage candidate information in viDesktop
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Salary: $100k range annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience in Legal Recruiting
  • Tech-savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite – viDesktop experience, a plus!
  • Top-notch project management and organizational skills
  • Eagle-eyed proofreader with excellent spelling and grammar skills
