Description

Our client is a leading law firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join the team. The role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. 

Job Details 

  • Maintain calendars for principal attorneys 
  • Prepare and submit expense reports 
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages 
  • Assist with legal billing and timekeeping 
  • Prepare, file, transcribe, and archive legal documents 
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as needed 
  • Salary: $80-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • College degree required 
  • 3-5 years’ administrative experience at a law firm 
  • Must have excellent writing and proofreading skills 
  • Familiar with legal terminology and documents 
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
