Description

Our client, a luxury real estate investment firm, is seeking a Leasing Administrative Assistant. The position is on site at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office. They are a tight-knit team, and they offer excellent benefits!

Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry will be considered.

Job Details

  • Provide general administrative support for the Leasing team
  • Draft, proofread, and edit leasing proposals
  • Maintain information and generate reports in property management software
  • Liaise with property managers, brokers, and tenants
  • Manage tenant documentation in secure database
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls
  • Monitor email inbox and respond to inquiries
  • Perform competitive research and present findings
  • Assist with marketing efforts
  • Salary: $65-75k, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years’ Administrative Assistant experience
  • Must have experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Experience with Co-Star or other property management software, a plus!
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills
  • Team player, personable, and professional demeanor
