Our client, an international investment firm with offices in NYC, is seeking an IT Administrative Assistant to support the IT team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers an excellent benefits package, including generous PTO!
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support to the IT team
- Act as first line of support at the IT help desk
- Field calls, emails, service tickets, and other inquiries for IT help and troubleshooting
- Communicate with vendors and manage invoices
- Track, manage, and distribute inventory
- Provide basic level troubleshooting of computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Maintain and update documentation, databases, and files
- Special projects, as assigned
- Salary: $80-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-4 years’ Administrative experience
- Must be tech savvy and interested in IT – some IT experience preferred
- Must have a problem-solving mentality and an eagerness to learn
- Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication skills
- Team player and flexible – no task is too big or too small
