Our client, a renowned philanthropic organization based in NYC, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to focus on Learning and Development. The position is hybrid, based 3 out of 5 days at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office, and they offer excellent benefits! 

Job Details 

  • Research and develop staff training programs 
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to further positive culture initiatives 
  • Design and organize team building experiences 
  • Build trust with all levels of employees 
  • Act as an employee relations liaison and resolve issues 
  • Craft organizational messaging, communications, and policies 
  • Salary: $130-150k annually, based on experience 
  • Excellent benefits package includes 401(k) matching up to 15%, as well as 100% medical coverage for employee AND family 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5-10 years’ experience in HR Management with a focus on Learning & Development 
  • Deep working knowledge of HR best practices, and local/state/federal labor laws and regulations 
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion 
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with all levels of employees 
  • Desire to work at a mission-oriented organization
