Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. The position is fully remote, with occasional meetings in-office, and can be based out of their offices in Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, or Phoenix. They offer excellent benefits, including generous PTO and 401k.

Job Details

  • Perform compensation reviews
  • Manage annual performance review process
  • Collaborate with HR partners and legal team on projects
  • Manage employee relations and resolve issues as needed
  • Act as main HR contact for multiple directors and divisions
  • Salary: $110-140k annually, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, dental, vision, generous PTO, and 401(k)

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ HRBP experience
  • Legal industry experience, a plus!
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local and federal labor laws
  • Confident working with all levels of employees including partners and management
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
