Our client, a top 5 global Public Relations and Marketing agency that is widely recognized for their ground-breaking work, is seeking an HRIS Specialist. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week out of their beautiful headquarters in Midtown, Manhattan.
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Work collaboratively with IT and Finance to update and maintain data management systems and procedures
- Perform regular audits and in-depth testing of HRIS system, fields, and data
- Process onboarding and termination paperwork
- Update employee files with status changes and other documentation
- Manage confidential employee information with utmost discretion
- Prepare regular reporting and present to management
- Salary: $70-75k annually, based on experience – plus 20% bonus

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration
- Must have HRIS experience and advanced Excel skills
- Tech savvy and able to learn new software quickly
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
- Personable and able to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent organizational skills
- Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
