Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm has a uniquely people-focused culture, and they offer excellent benefits!


Job Details

  • Enter and manage data in UltiPro
  • Respond to report requests and generate advanced queries
  • Synthesize and present data trends and analysis to leadership
  • Collaborate with HR team and HRIS team members
  • Perform regular security audits of protected data to ensure compliance
  • Document HRIS processes and improve systems where possible
  • Oversee health and maintenance of technical systems and databases
  • Coordinate with HR software vendors and provide system training to employees
  • Salary: $125-135k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Expert-level Excel, reporting, and data analytics skills
  • HRIS expert with advanced knowledge of UltiPro, Workday, or similar
  • ViGlobal experience and SQL knowledge, a major plus!
  • Deep working knowledge of HR best practices and requirements
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
