Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join their team. The position is fully remote, and they offer excellent benefits, including generous PTO and 401k.

Due to the nature of the position, only candidates with 5+ years’ HR and HCM experience will be considered.

Job Details

  • Generate reports and synthesize data to communicate trends
  • Produce presentations to showcase findings
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and monitor security of all reports
  • Perform regular security audits of protected data to ensure compliance
  • Document HRIS processes and improve systems where possible
  • Collaborate with HR team and HRIS team members
  • Provide survey data and assist with RFPs
  • Respond to report requests and generate advanced queries
  • Assist DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) team with projects, providing information and data as necessary
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
  • Salary: $90-100k, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with SAP Success Factors or other Human Capital Management systems
  • Expert-level Excel and data analytics skills
  • Strongly preferred: Experience with analytics software such as Tableau or Domo 
  • Uniquely able to explain complicated technical concepts in lay terms
  • Deep working knowledge of HR best practices and requirements
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
