Our client is an industry leading tech company based in NYC. They are seeking an HR Specialist to lead the recruiting and operations functions as they enter a new and exciting growth phase. The company offers excellent benefits, and the position is hybrid. 1+ years previous tech recruiting experience strongly preferred.


Job Details

  • Liaise with team leads and hiring managers to determine talent needs
  • Create job listings and source candidates from diverse hiring platforms
  • Review resumes and perform initial phone screens
  • Provide seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates
  • Process onboardings, including new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications
  • Manage confidential employee information in HRIS and ATS with utmost discretion
  • Develop and implement performance review process
  • Some office management, including placing inventory and pantry orders
  • Salary: $70-85k annually, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), and generous PTO


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR with a focus on recruiting
  • Previous experience at a tech company highly preferred
  • Tech savvy, with ATS and HRIS knowledge
  • Dedicated to details and highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
