Our client, an international real estate firm, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join the team. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week out of their office in Midtown Manhattan. They offer excellent benefits including 401(k) with matching!
Job Details
- Manage HR functions including benefits administration, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance review cycles
- Work collaboratively with senior management to develop key strategies for HR, internal communications, facilities, budget, etc.
- Liaise with marketing department to implement internal communications
- Proactively lead administrative, IT, and facilities teams
- Communicate with vendors to ensure continuous operation of IT equipment and software, office facilities, and other systems
- Provide coordination and support for company events
- Salary: $100-115k per year, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in HR and office operations
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office 365
- Proven leader with experience managing teams
- Excellent time and project management skills
