Our client is a renowned law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the team in Boston, Massachusetts. The position is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 remote) and the firm offers excellent benefits! 

Job Details 

  • Act as an HR business partner to multiple departments 
  • Research, develop, and administer HR policies and programs 
  • Provide full cycle recruiting for a variety of positions within the firm 
  • Assist with compensation review cycle and benchmarking 
  • Develop and administer new hire orientations and miscellaneous trainings 
  • Ensure staff compliance with firm policies, procedures, and standards 
  • Manage employee relations and resolve issues as needed 
  • Salary: $90-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 4-6 years’ Human Resources experience 
  • Must have experience with recruiting and employee relations 
  • Preferred background in legal industry 
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines 
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
