Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in NYC. The position is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in the office per week. They offer excellent benefits, including benefits from Day 1, 401(k), and unlimited PTO! 

Job Details 

  • Keep employee files up to date and manage data in HRIS 
  • Process onboardings, including new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications 
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team 
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews 
  • Manage key elements of benefits administration, including Open Enrollment 
  • Assist with development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures 
  • Provide support for annual review cycle and administer performance management system 
  • Special projects, as assigned 
  • Salary: $90-120k range, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5-7 years’ Human Resources generalist experience 
  • Must have HRIS and benefits administration experience 
  • SHRM or PHR certification, preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word 
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
