Our client, an international investment firm with offices in NYC, is seeking an HR Coordinator. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week out of their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers an excellent benefits package, including generous PTO.

 

Job Details

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Proactively manage the HR Director’s busy calendar
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Manage confidential employee data in HRIS
  • Ensure employee compliance with legally mandated trainings
  • Process invoices and prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate departmental events
  • Salary: $90-100k annually, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ Human Resources experience 
  • Must have experience with HRIS and executive support
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Suite
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
