Our client is a law firm with offices across the United States and abroad. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to join the team in NYC. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week out of their office in Downtown, Manhattan. Job Details

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with new hire orientations
  • Manage confidential employee data in HRIS
  • Create and edit documents and data in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Act as point person for HR inquiries
  • Process invoices and prepare expense reports
  • Assist with annual compliance reporting
  • Coordinate departmental events
  • Salary: $65-70k, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years’ Human Resources experience 
  • Must have HRIS experience
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Suite
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
