Our client is a global real estate firm with a focus on building landmark sustainable urban communities. They have worked on many amazing projects of public, cultural and social significance. They are seeking a Human Resources Compliance Manager to join their team. The position is a full-time hybrid role, remote/onsite.

 

Job Details

  • Develop HR policies, processes, and programs in compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Collaborate with leadership to set DEI, EEO, and affirmative action goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report progress towards DEI, EEO, and affirmative action goals
  • Perform research and present findings to leadership
  • Oversee EEO-1 and Vet-100 annual reporting
  • Liaise with governmental agencies regarding compliance and audits
  • Develop and distribute internal communications to management
  • Oversee employee compliance with regards to required trainings
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and other professional organizations
  • Conduct regular internal audits
  • Salary: $165-172k, based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k)

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-8 years’ Human Resources experience
  • Expert in compliance
  • Experience with OFCCP compliance strongly preferred
  • Deep working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Strong research, analysis, reporting, and organizational skills
  • Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Able to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees
