Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Manager. This organization prides itself on its collaborative environment and great work/life balance. Job Details 

  • Act as a resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more 
  • Research, design, and implement HR policies 
  • Manage key parts of benefits administration, including leaves of absence (LOA) 
  • Represent management in employee relations matters 
  • Perform research and data analysis; present findings to senior management 
  • Lead recruiting function and determine strategic hiring needs 
  • Develop, manage, and enforce employee contracts 
  • Manage and update confidential data in HRIS and ATS 
  • Salary: $110-1200k annually, based on experience – plus bonus!

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 7-10 years’ HR Generalist experience 
  • Must have experience with Benefits Administration and Leaves of Absence 
  • Must have HRIS/ATS knowledge and full cycle recruiting experience 
  • Deep knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local and federal labor laws 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word 
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines 
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
