Description

Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm has a uniquely people-focused culture, and the position has the potential to go perm! 

Job Details 

  • Act as point person for employee benefits questions 
  • Manage confidential employee information in HRIS 
  • Provide reporting for leaves of absence (PFL, FMLA, etc.) 
  • Maintain detailed records, documents, and Excel spreadsheets 
  • Manage benefits information in employee HR portal 
  • Administer FSA and similar allocations 
  • Pay rate: $30-35 per hour, based on experience 
  • Assignment length: Approximately 6 months, with potential to go perm 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 1-2 years’ HR experience with benefits exposure 
  • Tech savvy and highly proficient in Excel 
  • Must have HRIS experience 
  • Top-notch communication and organizational skills 
  • Strong dedication to confidentiality
